sinoc kuvala tekucinu u kojoj ce se curka odmarati narednih 30-ak sati, pre nego sto je turim u rernu.

 

ide 5 litara vode, solja soli, po’ solje secera, kasika bibera u zrnu, dve grane ruzmarina, 10-ak grancica majcine dusice, kora dva limuna i jedan limun isecen na cetvrtine, veliki luk isecen na cetvrtine, 3 cena belog luka neoljustena samo prepolovljena, 8 listova lovora.

prokuvati sve ovo a onda dobro ohladiti (meni zanocilo na terasi), pa u hladno potopiti meso.

 

garantujem najsocniju i najukusniju curetinu eva’.
