moram da prijavim moj mali kuhinjski pojekat koj je trajao nekih 5 dana i, em stoe vrlo uspelo, ispalo je i izuzetno ukusno! malo me brinula kokosova voda jer mi je malo bljutava... + sam umesto cimeta dodala sveze iscedzen sok od 2 cela grejfruta...... daklem ko bi teo da proba, ovaj recept je provereno odlican -- https://returntonow.net/2018/02/04/coconut-rose-water-kefir-probiotics-kombucha-easier-make/

da, mogu se iznova upotrebiti po potrebi.... i u zavisnosti koja imas; water kefir ili milk kefir... mada, negde sam procitala da se jedna mogu konvertovati u druga.. ne znam, ja sam se tek skoro zainteresovala da probam kefir s kuchnim receptima
